I'm completely amazed at the handcrafted wooden mirror, notice that the above and below photos have the light (beautifuly simple) on the opposite sides of the mirror, these are mirrors are on both sides of the rear window.... each mirror had a different dispenser. One was perfume, I forget what I was told the other had.

This Mercury hood ornament is the first time I've noticed the head of the god Mercury as a hood ornament... cool! Looks like a transformer though

I found this funny, maybe it's a poke at the Firebird, maybe it's a visual call out to the rare Firebird TA of the musclecar era

it used to be red and white as it was the symbol for EMW, Eisenach Motoren Werk, which is where the factory was before the war and changed to blue and white when It became BMW and moved to Bayern and yes it was supposed to represent a propeller.

If you haven't spotted the problem, it's that the only brake light that works is the top, also known as 3rd, brake light
